Trail Running

How to prepare for your first trail run, from 10k - 100 miler

Tuesday, September 7th - 6:30 p.m.

Part of HCRC's Free Seminar Series

Want to learn how to structure your training for an upcoming trail run?  Have lots of questions on what to wear, bring along, or possibly need during an ultra run?  Or are you just curious what this whole trail running thing is about?  Then this is the free seminar for you. Andrea will cover all the basics, plus dive into some more detailed and advanced input for those wanting to finish their first longer distance trail run.  She'll cover shoes, equipment, clothing, training, nutrition/hydration input, and help you make sense of the training you'll need to log for that upcoming event.

The program will consist of a presentation and Q&A session.   Come ready to learn and take notes.
