Thank you for considering Hill Country Running Company for sponsorship. We are an enthusiastic supporter of many charitable and community events and as a result our calendar can fill up fast. We ask that you submit your request at least *90* days prior to your event. This will allow us to consider how this may fit with our prior commitments and schedule the appropriate resources to fully support your event if it is selected by us.

Please be aware that Hill Country Running Company receives many requests for sponsorship throughout the year from various customers, companies and organizations. We will respond to all requests in the order they are received. Response times may vary.
